The method comprises steps: obtaining charging demand power of to-be-charged equipment and charging idle power of a present charging pile, wherein the charging pile comprises a plurality of rectification units, and the idle power is the maximum output power of the idle rectification units in the charging pile;detecting whether the charging demand power is higher than the charging idle power or not; and if the charging demand power is not higher than the charging idle power, controlling the idle rectification unit in the charging pile to charge the to-be-charged equipment. According to the invention, the technical problem that the charging pile cannot effectively allocate charging power to a plurality of pieces of to-be-charged equipment is solved.
