The invention relates to a crop thinning machine. The machine comprises a rack used for supporting other mechanisms, a walking mechanism, a translation mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a hoe blade device, visual identification sensors and a rechargeable battery pack. The walking mechanism is mounted below the horizontal rack and used for walking of the thinning machine; the translation mechanism ismounted on the vertical rack and used for enabling the hoe blade device to do translation motion on a machine body; the lifting mechanism is arranged on a translation sliding plate of the translationmechanism and is used for lifting the hoe blade device on the machine body; the hoe blade device is installed at the bottom of a lifting workbench of the lifting mechanism and used for being matchedwith the translation mechanism and the lifting mechanism to clamp and remove inferior seedlings; the visual identification sensors are installed at the two sides of the upper portion of the vertical rack and used for detecting the inferior seedlings and sending detected signals to an upper computer, and then motors of the translation mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the hoe blade device are controlled to work correspondingly; and the relatively inferior seedlings are automatically identified through visual identification, three-dimensional conversion of the hoe blade device is achieved through overall cooperation, operation is reliable, and maintenance is convenient.

    本发明涉及一种农作物间苗机,包括:机架,机架用于支撑其他各部分机构;行走机构,安装于水平机架下方,用于间苗机行走运动;平移机构,安装于竖直机架上,用于锄刀装置在机身上进行平移运动;升降机构,安装于平移机构的平移滑板上,用于锄刀装置在机身上进行升降运动;锄刀装置,安装于升降机构的升降工作台底部,用于与平移机构、升降机构配合进行劣质幼苗夹除工作;视觉识别传感器,安装于竖直机架上部两侧,用于检测劣质的幼苗,并将检测到的信号发送给上位机,进而控制平移机构、升降机构和锄刀装置各自的电机进行相应工作;和充电电池组。本发明通过视觉识别自动鉴别相对劣质幼苗,整体配合实现锄刀装置的三维转换,运行可靠,维护方便。
