The invention relates to hoisting equipment for shipbuilding, the hoisting equipment comprises a supporting plate, a lifting device and two supporting columns and further comprises an antirust mechanism and a cooling mechanism, wherein the cooling mechanism comprises a connecting pipe, a protective cover, two water outlet pipes, two rotating assemblies and two water pumping assemblies, each waterpumping assembly comprises a water storage box, a water pump and a water inlet pipe, each rotating assembly comprises a second bearing, a connecting shaft, a rotating plate, a transmission unit and aplurality of blades, the antirust mechanism comprises a fixing box and two antirust assemblies, and each antirust assembly comprises a connecting box, a communicating pipe, a filter screen, an air cylinder, a piston, an air rod, a feeding pipe, a discharging pipe, a spraying pipe, a driving unit and a plurality of spraying heads. According to the hoisting equipment for shipbuilding, the cooling function is achieved through the cooling mechanism, the situation that the service life of a motor is affected due to the fact that the motor is in a high-temperature state for a long time is avoided, the antirust function is achieved through the antirust mechanism, and the situation that normal operation of hoisting work is affected due to rusting of a steel wire rope is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种用于船舶制造的吊装设备,包括支撑板、升降装置和两个支撑柱,还包括防锈机构和降温机构,所述降温机构包括连接管、防护罩、两个出水管、两个转动组件和两个抽水组件,所述抽水组件包括蓄水盒、抽水泵和进水管,所述转动组件包括第二轴承、连接轴、转板、传动单元和若干桨叶,所述防锈机构包括固定盒和两个防锈组件,所述防锈组件包括连接盒、连通管、滤网、气筒、活塞、气杆、进料管、出料管、喷淋管、驱动单元和若干喷头,该用于船舶制造的吊装设备通过降温机构,实现了对降温的功能,避免电机长期处于高温状态下而影响电机的使用寿命,通过防锈机构,实现了防锈的功能,避免钢丝绳生锈而影响吊装工作的正常进行。
