The invention relates to a thermal power plant four-tube intelligent detection device and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the unmanned aerial vehicle employs an X-type layout quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle; the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with an upper cradle head, a lower cradle head and an unmanned aerial vehicle support. The upper cradle head is provided with an upper camera, and the lower cradle head is provided with a lower camera and a lower infrared optical positioning system, an external light source is mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle bracket; the upper cradle head and the lower cradle head adopt cradle heads capable of rotating by 360 degrees; the upper camera and the lower camera adopt variable-focus high-definition cameras; the lower infrared optical positioning system is used for measuring the flight height in real time by emitting infrared rays to the lower ground; the external light source is used for adjusting the irradiation angle and brightness of the light source through an external remote controller. According to the invention, panoramic photographing in the hearth under a simple flight condition can be realized, and the disadvantage that detection cannot be completely covered due to the fact that the unmanned aerial vehicle cannot set a patrol track in the furnace is eliminated.

    本发明涉及一种基于无人机的火力发电厂四管智能检测装置及方法,其中该装置包括无人机飞行器,无人机飞行器采用X型布局四旋翼无人机;无人机飞行器设有上置云台、下置云台及无人机支架;所述上置云台安装有上置相机,下置云台安装有下置相机及下置红外光学定位系统;无人机支架安装有外置光源;上置云台及下置云台采用可360度旋转的云台;上置相机及下置相机采用可变焦高清摄像机;下置红外光学定位系统用于通过向下部地面发射红外线进行实时飞行高度测定;外置光源用于通过外接遥控器对光源照射角度和亮度进行调整。本发明能够实现简单飞行条件下的炉膛内全景拍照,消除由于无人机无法在炉内设定巡查轨迹,从而使得检测无法全面覆盖的劣势。
