The invention discloses a lithium battery management system, which comprises an MCU module, a detection module and an equalization charging module. The MCU module is used for controlling charging anddischarging of a battery pack; the detection module is used for acquiring state parameters of the battery pack during operation in real time, calculating to obtain the SOC of the current battery packand displaying the SOC; and the equalization charging module receives the state parameters, performs judgment according to the state parameters and sends out a driving signal to control the battery pack to enter a single charging stage from a whole charging stage. Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that the reliable, stable and accurate SOC residual capacity is calculated by combining the voltage, current and temperature values of a battery acquired by an acquisition circuit with three calculation methods and is displayed, and all sampling values and preset values of the battery are judged through a protection module and the equalization charging module; irreversible damage to the battery caused by over-charging, over-discharging and over-temperature is prevented, so that the service life of the battery is prolonged, the cost is reduced, and the use efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种锂电池管理系统,包括MCU模块、检测模块、均衡充电模块;MCU模块用于控制电池组充放电;检测模块用于实时采集电池组运行时的状态参数并进行计算得出当前电池组的SOC并显示出来;均衡充电模块接收状态参数,根据状态参数进行判断并发出驱动信号控制电池组从整充阶段进入单充阶段。与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:通过将采集电路采集电池的电压、电流和温度数值结合三种计算方法计算出可靠、稳定、准确的SOC剩余容量并显示出来,在通过保护模块和均衡充电模块对电池的所有采样值和预设定值进行判断,防止出现过充、过放和过温度导致对电池造成不可逆的损坏,从而提高电池的使用寿命,降低成本,提高使用效率。
