The invention relates to a motor torque harmonic compensation method for an electric power steering system. The motor torque harmonic compensation method comprises the steps of calculating a motor electrical compensation angle; calculating a torque harmonic compensation function output proportionality coefficient; converting the acquired three-phase current into a dq-axis current of a motor; obtaining target current values of the motor on an alpha axis and a beta axis by looking up a table according to a current motor rotating speed and the dq axis current; carrying out integral/proportional adjustment according to the target current values of the motor on the alpha axis and the beta axis and the dq axis current, and acquiring torque harmonic compensation voltage values of the motor on thealpha axis and the beta axis; and performing amplitude limiting processing on the torque harmonic compensation voltage values of the motor on the alpha axis and the beta axis to obtain an amplitude limiting voltage value, and calculating the amplitude limiting voltage value according to the electrical compensation angle of the motor and the torque harmonic compensation function output coefficientto obtain a final compensation voltage value. According to the invention, voltage compensation can be carried out on torque harmonics at different rotating speeds, and harmonic components of the motor at different rotating speeds can be effectively eliminated.

    本发明涉及一种用于电动助力转向系统的电机力矩谐波补偿方法,包括:计算电机电气补偿角度;计算力矩谐波补偿功能输出比例系数;将采集的三相电流变换为电机的dq轴电流;根据当前电机转速与dq轴电流,通过查表获得电机在α轴和β轴上的目标电流值;根据所述电机在α轴和β轴上的目标电流值与所述dq轴电流进行积分/比例调节,得到电机在α轴和β轴上的力矩谐波补偿电压值;对所述电机在α轴和β轴上的力矩谐波补偿电压值进行限幅处理,得到限幅电压值,并根据所述电机电气补偿角度和力矩谐波补偿功能输出系数对所述限幅电压值进行计算,得到最终补偿电压值。本发明能对不同转速下的力矩谐波进行电压补偿,能够有效消除电机在不同转速下的谐波分量。
