The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle system and a monitoring method for monitoring crop diseases and insect pests. The unmanned aerial vehicle for monitoringcrop diseases and insect pests comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a telescopic assembly and a visual detection assembly, the telescopic assembly is installed at the lower end of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the telescopic end of the telescopic assembly faces downwards; the visual detection assembly is installed at the telescopic end of the telescopic assembly, the unmanned aerialvehicle body is provided with a controller, and the telescopic assembly and the visual detection assembly are electrically connected with the controller; and the telescopic end of the telescopic assembly can extend or retract to drive the visual detection assembly to move away from or close to the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the visual detection assembly is used for obtaining image signals.According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle system and the monitoring method for monitoring crop diseases and insect pests, the crop growth part diseases and insect pests canbe monitored.
