The invention provides an unmanned crane with an automatic detaching and attaching device and an operation method of the unmanned crane. The unmanned crane comprises a rigid guide frame trolley, a ground auxiliary frame and a ground load conveying device, wherein the rigid guide frame trolley can transversely move along a bridge frame, the rigid guide frame trolley is connected with a lifting mechanism enabling a load not to horizontally move in the lifting process, and an automatic detaching and attaching device is arranged at the bottom end of the lifting mechanism; and the ground auxiliaryframe is rigidly connected to the ground, the automatic detaching and attaching device comprises a guide wheel, the bottom of the guide frame trolley is rigidly connected with a first guide rail matched with the guide wheel, and the ground auxiliary frame is provided with a second guide rail matched with the guide wheel. According to the unmanned crane, through the combined action of the automaticdetaching and attaching device of the lifting mechanism, the trolley rigid frame and a ground frame, the functions of automatic loading and unloading of the unmanned crane can be achieved, the wholesystem has no horizontal displacement in the lifting process of a lifting appliance, and high reliability and safety are achieved. The unmanned crane is simple in structure, light in self-weight and large in operation range.

    本发明提供一种带有自动摘挂装置的无人起重机及操作方法。本发明包括刚性导架小车、地面辅助框架和地面载荷输送装置,所述刚性导架小车能够沿着桥架横向位移,所述刚性导架小车连接有使载荷在升降过程中无水平位移的起升机构,所述起升机构底端设有自动摘挂装置,所述地面辅助框架刚性连接在地面,所述自动摘挂装置包括导轮,所述导架小车的底部刚性连接有匹配导轮的第一导轨,所述地面辅助框架设有匹配导轮的第二导轨。本发明通过起升机构的自动摘挂装置,小车刚性框架和地面框架三者共同作用,可实现无人起重机自动挂载和卸载载荷的功能,整个系统在吊具升降过程中无水平位移,具有较高的可靠性和安全性。设备结构简单、自重较轻、作业范围大。
