The invention relates to a photoinduction elevator operation data acquisition system and an acquisition method thereof. The elevator operation data acquisition system comprises a traction machine, a traction wheel, a photoinduction module and an elevator control module; the photoinduction module comprises a reflector and a light receiving and transmitting module, the reflector performs circular motion along with rotation of the traction wheel, and when the reflector corresponds to the light receiving and transmitting module, a light signal transmitted by the transmitting end of the light receiving and transmitting module is reflected to the receiving end of the light receiving and transmitting module through the reflector; the elevator control module is connected with the light receiving and transmitting module, the light signal collected by the light receiving and transmitting module is fed back to the elevator control module, and the elevator control module calculates the rolling stroke and/or the rolling speed of the traction wheel according to the light signal; and more than one reflector is combined to form a photoinduction detection unit, and more than two photoinduction detection units are combined to form a steering distinguishing unit. The elevator running data can be effectively collected, data are accurate, performance is reliable, and the elevator operation data acquisition system can be universally used for elevators of different models.
本发明涉及一种光感应的电梯运行数据采集系统及其采集方法,电梯运行数据采集系统包括曳引机、曳引轮、光感应模组和电梯控制模块;光感应模组包括反光体和光线收发模块,反光体随曳引轮的转动而做圆周运动,当反光体与光线收发模块对应时,光线收发模块发射端发出的光信号经反光体反射至光线收发模块接收端;电梯控制模块与光线收发模块连接,光线收发模块采集到的光信号反馈至电梯控制模块,电梯控制模块根据光信号计算出曳引轮的滚动行程和/或滚动速度;一块以上所述反光体组合构成一光感应检测单位,两个以上光感应检测单位组合构成一转向辨别单元。本发明能有效采集电梯运行数据,数据精准,性能可靠,可通用于不同型号的电梯。
