The invention belongs to the technical field of machining and assembling, and particularly relates to a helicopter comprehensive suspended beam assembling device which comprises a supporting seat, a main force bearing frame, a turbine worm, a bottom positioning platform, a front fixed supporting seat and a rear fixed supporting seat. A main frame and a beam of a left suspended beam are located andclamped on an assembly fixture, rivet holes are formed for riveting, and then the positions of an upper skin and a lower skin are compared and located for riveting; and finally, the front-end skin and the left and right skin pieces are installed. The right suspended beam is assembled according to the process method, and the front fixed supporting seat of the assembly fixture needs to be replacedbefore assembly. The deformation of the comprehensive suspended beams during riveting is effectively controlled, the dimensional accuracy of the product is ensured, and the suspended beams have interchangeability; according to the design and processing scheme of the assembly fixture, the production cost is greatly saved.

    本发明属于机械加工装配技术领域,具体涉及一种直升机综合挂梁装配装置,包括:支撑座、主承力架、涡轮蜗杆、底部定位平台、前固定支撑座、后固定支撑座。首先在装配型架上对左侧挂梁的主框、梁进行定位夹紧,开铆钉孔进行铆接,然后比试定位上、下蒙皮位置,进行铆接;最后安装前端蒙皮和左右蒙皮件。按上述工艺方法进行右侧挂梁的装配,装配前需要更换装配型架的前固定支撑座。有效的控制了综合挂梁在铆接时的变形,保证了产品尺寸精度,使各挂梁之间具有了互换性;该装配型架的设计加工方案大大节约了生产成本。
