The invention provides an offshore sliding device which is used for sliding on a T-shaped sliding groove of a deck and comprises a control vehicle and a flat car, the control vehicle and the flat carare connected to the T-shaped sliding groove in a sliding mode, and one end of the control vehicle is connected with one end of the flat car. The control vehicle comprises a body, traction devices andpush-pull devices, the push-pull devices are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the body respectively, the push-pull device at one end of the bottom of the body is slidably connected with the control vehicle body, the push-pull device at the other end of the bottom of the body is fixedly connected with the body, and the traction devices are connected with the push-pull devices on two sides. The flat car comprises a pallet, a guide connecting piece and a balance part. The device has the advantage that large-weight equipment or goods can be transversely and longitudinally carried on offshoreengineering ships and ocean platforms.
