The invention discloses an automobile frame turnover device, and relates to the field of automobile assembling devices. The automobile frame turnover device comprises a frame, and two ends of a bearing cross beam of the frame are connected with turnover mechanisms through electric hoists respectively. The turnover mechanisms are divided into a driving turnover mechanism and a driven turnover mechanism, the driving turnover mechanism comprises a driving motor, a turnover frame and a synchronous belt wheel, the driving motor is connected with the synchronous belt wheel through a speed reducer, the synchronous belt wheel is arranged on the turnover frame, and a synchronous belt is arranged on the synchronous belt wheel; the driven turnover mechanism and the driving turnover mechanism are thesame in main body structure, and only a speed reducer and a driving motor are reduced. The turnover power device is placed at one end of the frame, and the other end of the frame is unpowered, so thatthe frame is prevented from being twisted in the turnover process; the tooth-shaped synchronous belt is adopted, so that the torque transmission efficiency of the belt wheel is improved, and the attaching force of the synchronous belt and the frame is increased; the device is simple in structure, and can meet the overturning of any vehicle type under the condition of enough bearing and lifting space.

    本发明公开了一种汽车车架翻转装置,涉及车辆装配装置领域。汽车车架翻转装置,包括框架,框架承重横梁的两端分别通过电动葫芦连接翻转机构;翻转机构分为主动翻转机构和从动翻转机构,主动翻转机构包括驱动电机、翻转架和同步带轮,驱动电机通过减速机与同步带轮连接,同步带轮装在翻转架上,同步带轮上设有同步带;从动翻转机构与主动翻转机构主体结构相同,只减少了减速机和驱动电机。本发明将翻转动力装置放在车架一端,另一端无动力,避免翻转过程中出现车架扭曲现象;采用齿形同步带,增大带轮扭矩传递效率,增大了同步带与车架的贴合力;本装置结构简单,在承重及提升空间足够的情况下,可满足任意车型的翻转。
