The invention discloses a stair climbing robot based on electromagnetic adsorption steering. The robot comprises a robot body and a side claw supporting mechanism, a supporting column mechanism is arranged in the robot body, and the supporting column mechanism comprises a steering motor, an inner spline shaft, an outer spline shaft, a main shaft cover plate, an electromagnet, a reset spring, a main shaft and a supporting plate; the lower end of the inner spline shaft is connected with the outer spline shaft, the upper end of the inner spline shaft is connected with a power output end of the steering motor, motor fixing frames are arranged at the top of the robot body and located on the two sides of the steering motor respectively, and the motor fixing frames are fixedly connected with therobot body and the steering motor through second bolts respectively. The robot can be controlled to work through simple operation as long as a program is set according to work requirements. The robothas the advantages of stable work, high efficiency, high safety, high feasibility, wide application range and the like. The robot can be applied to families, large, medium and small companies, factories and other environments.

    本发明公开了一种基于电磁吸附转向的爬楼梯机器人,包括:机器人机身和侧爪支撑机构,所述机器人机身的内部设置有支撑柱机构,所述支撑柱机构包括转向电机、内花键轴、外花键轴、主轴盖板、电磁铁、复位弹簧、主轴和支撑板,所述内花键轴的下端与外花键轴连接、内花键轴的上端与转向电机的动力输出端连接,所述机器人机身的顶部且位于转向电机的两侧分别设置有电机固定架,所述电机固定架采用螺栓二分别与机器人机身和转向电机固定连接。本发明只要根据工作需要设定好程序就可以通过简单的操作控制机器人工作。具有工作稳定,效率高,安全性高,可行性强,应用范围广泛等优点。具体可应用于家庭,大中小型公司,工厂等环境。
