A chassis end structure of a motor train unit is characterized in that a coupler seat, a traction beam and a chassis connecting plate are assembled and welded into an integrated structure, longitudinal force borne by the coupler seat is transmitted to a floor, a side beam, a vertical plate, an end plate assembly and the coupler seat through the chassis connecting plate, a chassis bottom plate anda side skirt plate to form an integrated cavity structure, and coupler installation is guaranteed; the end plate assembly is welded into a concave structure through a plate and a section bar to form an end plate power connector mounting interface; a bottom plate is obtained through section welding, two sides of the bottom plate are welded with the side skirt plates, and the upper surface of the bottom plate is welded with the traction beam; two rectangular holes are formed in the bottom plate to provide an overhaul space for the connector in the end part; and the end part of the whole underframe is welded into an integral stress box-shaped structure. The stress of the whole bearing structure at the joint is evenly dispersed backwards, meanwhile, the weight is reduced, the strength requirement is met, the welding process is simple, the product structure can be achieved through few tools, and the manufacturing period is shortened.

    一种动车组底架端部结构,其特征在于:车钩座与牵引梁、底架连接板组焊为一体结构,通过底架连接板、底架底板和侧部裙板将车钩座受到的纵向力传递到地板和边梁,立板、端板组成和车钩座围成整体腔型结构,保证车钩安装;端板组成内通过板和型材焊接成内凹结构,形成端板电力连接器安装接口;底板通过型材焊接而成,两侧与侧部裙板焊接,上表面与牵引梁焊接;在底板上开有两个长方形孔,为端部内连接器提供检修空间;整个底架端部焊接成整体受力箱型结构。本发明整体承载结构在连接处应力均匀向后分散,同时减轻了重量,满足强度要求,焊接工艺简单,较少的工装即可实现产品结构,缩短制造周期。
