The self-rescue window breaking manipulator comprises a gas generation mechanism, a sealing inflationmechanism, a cut-off mechanism, a piston and a breaking head, wherein the gas generation mechanism comprises a gas generation seat, a gas generator and a manual starting part; a first via hole is formed in the lower end of the gas generation seat; the sealing inflation mechanism comprises a sealing inflation seat, two sealing push blocks, a sealing pressing handle, two locking elastic pieces andtwo sealing sliding blocks; the sealing inflation seat is provided with a second via hole and an air inlet channel, the sealing sliding block is provided with a conical sealing part, and the sealing sliding block is provided with an inflation hole; the cutting-off mechanism comprises a cutting-off seat, a cutter rest and a cutter; the cutting-off seat is provided with a third via hole and a cutting cavity; and the first via hole, the second via hole and the third via hole form a penetrating channel through which a safety belt can penetrate, and the gas generation seat and the cutting-off seatare each provided with a conical sealing face. The self-rescue window breaking manipulator provided by the invention is not prone to scattering, instant operation for self rescue is facilitated, a life buoy is manufactured, and the rescue window time is prolonged.
