本公开提供了一种调距桨的液压控制系统,包括:控制阀组、变距油缸模块、控制泵组、配油器控制油缸和主油箱,控制阀组包括第一控制阀和第二控制阀,第一控制阀和第二控制阀的第一油口与控制泵组连通,第一控制阀的第四油口与第二控制阀的第二油口连通,第二控制阀的第三油口和第四油口与配油器控制油缸的不同腔连通,变距油缸模块包括:变距油缸本体、变距控制阀和变距活塞杆,变距控制阀的阀芯滑动设置于阀座内,变距控制阀的第二油口与控制泵组连通,变距控制阀的第三油口和第四油口与变距油缸本体的不同腔连通,阀芯能随配油器控制油缸的活塞杆一起移动,并在移动过程切换变距控制阀的状态。本公开能实现调距桨的快速变距,缩短变距时间。

    The invention provides a hydraulic control system of a controllable-pitch propeller. The hydraulic control system comprises a control valve group, a variable-pitch oil cylinder module, a control pumpgroup, an oil distributor control oil cylinder and a main oil tank. The control valve group comprises a first control valve and a second control valve, and first oil ports of the first control valve and the second control valve communicate with the control pump group. A fourth oil port of the first control valve communicates with a second oil port of the second control valve, and a third oil portand a fourth oil port of the second control valve communicate with different cavities of the oil distributor control oil cylinder. The variable-pitch oil cylinder module comprises a variable-pitch oilcylinder body, a variable-pitch control valve and a variable-pitch piston rod, and a valve element of the variable-pitch control valve is slidably arranged in a valve seat, a second oil port of the variable-pitch control valve communicates with the control pump group, a third oil port and a fourth oil port of the variable-pitch control valve communicate with different cavities of the variable-pitch oil cylinder body, the valve element can move along with a piston rod of the oil distributor control oil cylinder, and the state of the variable-pitch control valve is switched in the moving process. Rapid pitch changing of the controllable-pitch propeller can be achieved, and the pitch changing time is shortened.
