The shell is fixed onto the frame through an installation plate fixed to the shell; an arc-shaped bearing piece is installed on the inner side of the shell through a fixing rod; a cam is installed on the arc-shaped bearing piece in a sliding mode; the cam is connected with a counterweight assembly; a movable block is further installed on the inner side of the shell in a sliding mode through a guide assembly; a conical groove is formed in the side, facing the cam, of the movable block; the protruding part of the cam is located in the conical groove; a trigger assembly is further arranged on the guide assembly; the trigger assembly is matched with a contact piece arranged on the fixing rod; embedded grooves are formed in the frame; and supporting legs are hinged to the inner sides of the embedded grooves, and abut against torsional springs installed on the inner walls of the embedded grooves. When electromagnetic limiting assemblies work, the electromagnetic limiting assemblies are separated from the supporting legs, and the supporting legs rotate under the action of the torsional springs so as to be supported on the ground.
