The invention discloses a fault diagnosis and monitoring system for a mine hoist. The system comprises a hoist, and is characterized by comprising a plurality of monitoring nodes arranged on the hoist, a gathering node for gathering information of the monitoring nodes, and an upper computer serving as an intelligent terminal, wherein signal input ends of a plurality of monitoring nodes on the hoist are correspondingly connected with signal output ends of a plurality of key devices of the hoist, the plurality of monitoring nodes are in bidirectional communication with information of the gathering node, a communication serial port of the gathering node is connected with a communication serial port of the upper computer, and the signal input end of the upper computer is connected with the signal output ends of the plurality of monitoring nodes through the gathering node. By adopting the technical scheme, a constructed real-time perception and data transmission system can make data acquisition and transmission faster and more reliable; a fuzzy fault tree and bayes combined fault diagnosis algorithm can improve the fault accuracy of the hoist; and the system can carry out real-time fault diagnosis and monitoring on the mine hoist, and safe and efficient operation of the hoist is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种矿井提升机的故障诊断与监测系统包括提升机,其特征在于,包括设置在提升机上的多个监测节点、汇聚监测节点信息的汇聚节点和作为智能终端的上位机,提升机上的多个监测节点的信号输入端分别与提升机多个关键器件的信号输出端连接,多个监测节点均与汇聚节点的信息双向交流,汇聚节点的通信串口与上位机的通信串口相连接;上位机的信号输入端通过汇聚节点分别与多个监测节点的信号输出端连接。采用本技术方案,构建的实时感知和数据传输系统,可以使数据的采集和传输更加快速可靠;模糊故障树和贝叶斯相结合的故障诊断算法能提高提升机故障的准确性;该系统能对矿井提升机进行实时故障诊断和监测,保证提升机的安全高效运行。
