The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, and discloses an anti-deformation hoisting method for an open section of a ship, which comprises the following steps of: S1, arranging a plurality of steel wire ropes between two adjacent longitudinal clapboards at the open position of the open section, extending the steel wire ropes along the width direction of a ship body, and arranging the steel wire ropes at intervals along the length direction of the ship body, two ends of each steel wire rope are respectively connected with the adjacent longitudinal clapboards or clapboard ribs; S2, adding a pre-tightening force to the steel wire rope, and the direction of the pre-tightening force is the width direction of the ship body; and S3, arranging a hoisting hanger on the deck, and hoisting the open subsections by the crane through the hoisting hanger. The steel wire rope applies inward tension to the ship body, and the tension of the steel wire rope can prevent the opening from expanding outwards, thereby avoiding deformation of the opening; meanwhile, the steel wire ropes are easy to install, the later-period dismounting workload is small, the hoisting efficiency isimproved, the weight of the steel wire ropes is far smaller than that of a steel structure, weight increase of the open subsections is limited, and the risk of hoisting work is reduced.

    本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,公开了一种船舶敞口分段的防变形吊装方法,包括以下步骤,S1,在敞口分段的敞口位置处相邻的两个纵向隔板之间布置若干条钢丝绳,钢丝绳沿船体的宽度方向延伸,各个钢丝绳沿船体的长度方向间隔布置,钢丝绳的两端分别与相邻的纵向隔板或者隔板肋骨连接;S2,对钢丝绳增加预紧力,预紧力的方向为船体的宽度方向;S3,在甲板上布置吊装吊码,吊机通过吊装吊码吊装敞口分段。钢丝绳对船体施加向内的拉力,钢丝绳的拉力可以阻止敞口外张,从而避免敞口位置变形;同时钢丝绳安装简单,后期拆除工作量小,提高吊装效率,同时钢丝绳的重量要远小于钢结构的重量,对敞口分段的重量增加有限,降低吊装工作的危险性。
