A first fixed connecting piece and a second fixed connecting piece are arranged at the lower end and the upper end of the shoe set respectively. The structure has the beneficial effects that the two side faces in the vertical direction of the cams are arranged at a certain angle, the two cams are arranged, a good braking effect can be achieved by rotating the brake rod by a small angle in the braking process, and the force applied in the braking process is saved.
