The invention discloses a grain transport vehicle based on the Internet of Things, and the grain transport vehicle comprises a vehicle, a partition plate, a drying channel box, an electric sliding cover plate, an electric turning cover plate, a conveying mechanism, a heat insulation felt, a high-temperature electrothermal film, two moisture content sensors, a dehumidifier, a temperature sensor, ahumidity sensor, a GPS positioning chip, a control system and a grain transport monitoring platform; according to the grain transport vehicle, the flow process and environment from harvesting and transporting to warehousing can be monitored through the grain transport monitoring platform; grain can be directly dried on the upper layer of a compartment, which is equivalent to the process from airing to warehousing, manpower and material resources can be effectively reduced, the temperature, humidity and moisture content of the grain in the drying channel box can be monitored in real time through the control system, different drying and heating parameters are set according to different moisture contents of the grain, and the drying quality of the grain is ensured. The carriage is used for drying, the transferring and airing link before the grains are transported to a warehouse is omitted, and grain waste generated in the transferring period is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的粮食运输车辆,包括车辆、分隔板、烘干通道箱、电动滑盖板、电动翻盖板、传送机构、隔热毡、高温电热膜、二个含水率传感器和抽湿机、温度传感器、湿度传感器、GPS定位芯片、控制系统、粮食运输监控平台,该粮食运输车辆通过粮食运输监控平台可以监控从收割运输到入仓库前的流程工序及环境;在车厢上层可直接烘干粮食,相当于晾晒到入库前的工序,可有效减少人力物力资源,通过控制系统可实时监控烘干通道箱内的温湿度及粮食含水率,根据不同的粮食含水率设置不同的烘干加热参数,确保粮食的烘干质量;利用车厢进行烘干,减少了粮食运输到仓库前中转晾晒环节,避免中转期间发生的粮食浪费。
