The invention relates to a mortise and tenon type contact rail and an installation method of the mortise and tenon type contact rail, the head end of a contact rail body of the mortise and tenon typecontact rail is provided with a tenon part or/and a mortise part, and the tail end of the contact rail body is provided with a mortise part or/and a tenon part corresponding to the tenon part or/and the mortise part arranged at the head end of the contact rail body. Reserved holes allowing wedge nails to be inserted therein are formed in the head end and the tail end of each contact rail respectively, the at least two sections of contact rails are spliced end to end in the line direction, and mortise parts or/and tenon parts arranged at the tail ends of the first contact rails in every two adjacent sections of contact rails are in butt joint with tenon parts or/and mortise parts arranged at the head ends of the second contact rails respectively, and the wedge nails are used for fixed connection. According to the rail body, a plurality of rail bodies can be directly installed and connected through rail body installation by applying a mortise and tenon structure, and the use of an intermediate joint is avoided through the mortise and tenon structure, so that the connection mode between contact rails is optimized, the material consumption of the intermediate joint of the contact railsis reduced, and the labor consumption of intermediate joint installation is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种卯榫式接触轨及卯榫式接触轨的安装方法,该卯榫式接触轨的接触轨本体的头端设置榫头部或/和卯眼部,尾端设置卯眼部或/和榫头部,与接触轨本体头端设置的榫头部或/和卯眼部相对应,接触轨的头尾两端分别设有用于供楔钉插入的预留孔洞,将至少两段如上的接触轨顺线路方向头尾拼接设置,且相邻两段接触轨中的第一接触轨尾端设置的卯眼部或/和榫头部分别与第二接触轨头端设置的榫头部或/和卯眼部对接,并通过楔钉固定连接。本发明的轨体运用卯榫结构使轨体安装可以直接将多个轨体安装连接,通过卯榫式结构来避免中间接头的使用,从而优化接触轨之间的连接方式,减少接触轨中间接头的材料消耗,减少中间接头安装的人工消耗。
