The invention belongs to the field of building material machining, and relates to a cutting device for production of an efficient thermal insulation material for buildings. The cutting device comprises a workbench, wherein two sliding rails are fixedly connected to the other sides of the front and rear ends of the workbench, a first screw rod is fixedly connected to the output end of each first driving motor, a first rod sleeve is in threaded connection to each first screw rod, the top of each first rod sleeve is fixedly connected with a fixed base, the output end of each second driving motoris fixedly connected with a second screw rod, each second screw rod is in threaded connection with a second rod sleeve, the top of each second rod sleeve is fixedly connected with a binding post, an electric heating wire is fixedly connected between the two binding posts, two pairs of adjusting seats are fixedly connected to the top of the workbench, adjusting rods are in threaded connection withthe adjusting seats, a push plate is fixedly connected to one ends of the two adjusting rods, a box body is fixedly connected to the bottom of the workbench, a drawer box is arranged in the box body,and three ventilation pipes fixedly communicate with the bottom of the box body. The cutting device is high in cutting efficiency, can avoid dust and can fix and cut different sizes of plates in various modes.

    本发明属于建筑材料加工领域的一种建筑用高效保温隔热材料生产用切割装置,包括工作台,工作台前后端另一侧固定连接有两个滑轨,第一驱动电机输出端固定连接有第一丝杆,第一丝杆上螺纹连接有第一杆套,第一杆套顶部固定连接有固定座,第二驱动电机输出端固定连接有第二丝杆,第二丝杆上螺纹连接有第二杆套,第二杆套顶部固定连接有接线柱,两个接线柱之间固定连接有电热丝,工作台顶部固定连接有两对调节座,调节座上螺纹连接有调节杆,两个调节杆一端固定连接有推板,工作台底部固定连接有箱体,箱体内设有抽屉盒,箱体底部固定连通有三个通风管;此装置切割效率高,且不会产生灰尘,同时能对不同尺寸大小的板材固定并进行多种方式的切割。
