The invention discloses a shell, a battery module, a battery assembly and an electric vehicle. The shell comprises a mounting shell, a communicating piece, a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a drainage structure. The mounting shell is used for mounting materials, heat exchange channels are formed in the two side walls of the mounting shell, and heat exchange liquid is introduced into the heat exchange channels. The communicating piece is arranged at one end of the mounting shell, and a communicating channel is formed in the communicating piece and communicates with the two heat exchange channels. The liquid inlet is formed in the mounting shell in a closed mode and communicates with one heat exchange channel. The liquid outlet is formed in the mounting shell in a sealing manner, and is communicated with the other heat exchange channel. The drainage structure is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting shell and corresponds to the heat exchange channel, and the drainage structure isconfigured to be broken when the temperature of the materials is higher than the preset temperature so that the heat exchange liquid can flow into the mounting shell. The shell can improve the heat exchange effect and the heat exchange efficiency of materials, delay the thermal runaway phenomenon of the materials and improve the use safety of the materials.

    本发明公开了一种壳体、电池模组、电池总成及电动车,该壳体包括安装壳、连通件、进液口、出液口和泄流结构。安装壳用于安装物料,安装壳的两个侧壁中均设有换热通道,换热通道内通有换热液。连通件设在安装壳的一端,连通件中设有连通道,连通道与两个换热通道连通。进液口可封闭地设在安装壳上,进液口与一个换热通道连通。出液口可封闭地设在安装壳上,出液口与另一个换热通道连通。泄流结构设在安装壳的内壁上且对应换热通道设置,泄流结构被配置为当物料的温度高于预设温度时破裂以使换热液流入安装壳内。该壳体能够提高对物料的换热效果和换热效率,延缓物料的热失控现象,提高物料的使用安全性。
