The invention provides a parking-lot-based low-speed parking automatic alarm brake system, which comprises an ECU system, an ESP system, a radar sensing system and an automatic brake system. The system works as follows: S1, calculating a safety brake distance according to a formula: the safety brake distance=brake distance+inertia distance+after-brake distance; S2, acquiring current obstacle information through a radar sensing system, and comparing the measured obstacle information to obtain an actual distance; and S3, comparing specific difference values between the safe braking distance andthe actual distance in the S1 and S2, when the difference value is larger than 0, enabling the ECU system to judge that danger exists, and carrying out braking by controlling the automatic brake system. Through the arrangement of the ECU system, the ESP system, the radar sensing system and the automatic brake system, the safety brake distance and the actual distance to an obstacle can be calculated, danger judgment is conducted by comparing the two distances, when danger exists, the automatic brake system is controlled to conduct braking, and accidents are effectively avoided.
