The invention provides a reflecting mirror. The reflecting mirror comprises a basic assembly; the basic assembly includes a first substrate; the first substrate comprises a first region and a second region; the basic assembly comprises a first reflection assembly arranged in the first region and a second reflection assembly arranged in the second region; the reflectivity of the second reflection assembly is lower than that of the first reflection assembly; the reflecting mirror has local high transmittance, can meet the use requirement of an optical element located on the back of the reflecting mirror, and improves the intensity of light received or emitted by the optical element; the second reflection assembly also has a reflection effect, so that the visual difference between the secondreflection assembly and the first reflection assembly can be reduced, and the integration of the overall visual effect of the reflecting mirror is ensured.
