The invention relates to an auxiliary assembling device and method for a water turbine shaft flange and a generator shaft flange, and belongs to the field of mechanical connecting pieces. The auxiliary assembling device and method aim at solving the problem existing in connection of the water turbine shaft flange and the generator shaft flange. Two arc-shaped thrust plates of an auxiliary connecting device are symmetrically arranged below the water turbine shaft flange, and a screw jack is placed between each arc-shaped thrust plate and the water turbine shaft flange; the plane where the two arc-shaped thrust plates are located is parallel to the two flanges; each arc-shaped thrust plate is provided with two mounting holes in the circumferential direction, the mounting holes correspond towater turbine shaft flange holes in an up-down manner, and the odd number of water turbine shaft flange holes are formed between the two water turbine shaft flange holes corresponding to the two mounting holes; and double-thread screws sequentially penetrate through the mounting holes of the arc-shaped thrust plates, the water turbine shaft flange holes and the generator shaft flange holes from bottom to top, relative positions are fixed through nuts and annular gaskets, and each of the upper surface of the generator shaft flange and the lower surface of the water turbine shaft flange is provided with one annular gasket.

    一种水轮机轴法兰与发电机轴法兰的辅助装配装置及方法,属于机械连接件领域,本发明为解决水轮机轴法兰与发电机轴法兰连接存在的问题。本发明辅助连接装置的两个弧形推力板对称设置于水轮机轴法兰的下方,每个弧形推力板与水轮机轴法兰之间放置一个螺旋千斤顶;两个弧形推力板所在平面与两个法兰平行;每个弧形推力板均沿周向开设两个安装孔,所述安装孔与水轮机轴法兰孔上下对应,与两个安装孔对应的两个水轮机轴法兰孔之间间隔奇数个水轮机轴法兰孔,双头螺杆从下至上依次穿过弧形推力板的安装孔、水轮机轴法兰孔和发电机轴法兰孔,用利用螺母和圆环形垫片固定相对位置,发电机轴法兰的上表面和水轮机轴法兰的下表面均设置有圆环形垫片。
