The powder coating with macadam impact resistance comprises the following preparation raw materials: epoxy resin, polyester resin, modified PMMA, a filler, polyvinyl butyral and an auxiliary agent, wherein the glass-transition temperature Tg of the polyester resin is 50-55 DEG C, the glass-transition temperature Tg of the epoxy resin is 42-46 DEG C, the modified PMMA is PMMA modified by a silane coupling agent, and the particle size of the modified PMMA is 0.5-26 [mu] m. According to the invention, polyester resin with low glass-transition temperature is selected to react with epoxy resin, so that the coating has better macadam impact resistance at low temperature; the modified PMMA with certain particle size is added to enhance the toughness of the powder paint at low temperature, and the polyvinyl butyral is combined to enhance the plasticity at low temperature, thereby further enhancing the macadam impact resistance of the coating at low temperature.
本发明公开一种具有抗碎石冲击性能的粉末涂料及其制备方法和应用,所述具有抗碎石冲击性能的粉末涂料,包括如下制备原料:环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、改改性PMMA、填料、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、助剂;所述聚酯树脂的玻璃化转变温度Tg为50~55℃,所述环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度Tg为42~46℃,所述改性PMMA为经硅烷偶联剂改性的PMMA,所述改性PMMA的粒径为0.5~26μm。本发明选用具有低玻璃化转变温度的聚酯树脂与环氧树脂进行反应,使涂层在低温时具有较佳的抗碎石冲击性能;加入一定粒径的改性PMMA提高了粉末涂料在低温下的韧性,结合聚乙烯醇缩丁醛增加低温下的塑性,进一步提高涂层在低温下的抗碎石冲击性能。
