The invention relates to the technical field of chemical equipment, and discloses an intelligent anti-falling chemical equipment lifting frame. The intelligent anti-falling chemical equipment liftingframe comprises a rack, wherein a control chamber is fixedly connected to the upper side of the rack, limiting rods are fixedly connected to the right sides of second connecting rods, and fifth connecting rods are rotatably connected to the outer sides of second fixing shafts. The upper sides of the fifth connecting rods are rotationally connected with sixth connecting rods, the right sides of thesixth connecting rods are rotationally connected with anti-shaking plates, and the lower sides of first moving blocks are fixedly connected with second chains. According to the intelligent anti-falling chemical equipment lifting frame, the limiting rods are disengaged from tooth grooves in the rack, so that the first moving blocks drive chemical equipment to ascend through the second chains, whenthe chemical equipment ascends to a certain position, a rotating wheel stops rotating, meanwhile, the limiting rods are clamped in the tooth grooves in the rack, the limiting rods can protect the chemical equipment from falling off, and due to the structure, the effects that when the rotating wheel fails, intelligent secondary protection can be performed on the equipment, and safety accidents arenot likely to happen are realized.

    本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,且公开了一种智能化防止掉落的化工设备起吊架,包括机架,所述机架的上侧固定连接有控制室,第二连杆的右侧固定连接有限制杆,第二固定轴的外侧转动连接有第五连杆,第五连杆的上侧转动连接有第六连杆,第六连杆的右侧转动连接有防晃板,第一运动块的下侧固定连接有第二链条。该智能化防止掉落的化工设备起吊架,通过限制杆与机架上的齿槽相脱离,使得第一运动块通过第二链条带动化工设备进行上升,当上升到一定位置时转动轮停止转动,同时限制杆与机架上的齿槽相卡接,限制杆可以保护化工设备不会掉落,这一结构达到了转动轮失灵时具有智能化二次保护装置和不易造成安全事故的发生的效果。
