本发明公开了一种大型旋转体用起吊工装,包括底部安装有两个大挂钩的横梁以及设置在横梁下端的钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳的两端分别各通过一个拉伸弹簧挂设在横梁底部的大挂钩上,在所述横梁的底部且位于两个大挂钩之间设置有顶杆,所述顶杆的顶端与横梁连接,且大挂钩沿顶杆的轴线对称分布。本发明通过顶杆将旋转体上侧顶紧,以使大型旋转体与横梁之间产生一个刚性接触,从而减小甚至消除原本仅由柔性件支撑的旋转体在移动中因惯性或者运动不平稳产生的晃动幅度,减小起吊工装各个连接部位所承受的应力,从而避免材料疲劳,以保证起吊工装的强度,从而提高本发明的使用寿命,能有效地避免起吊工装突然断裂,保证了生产车间的安全。
