The invention discloses a hoisting method of large rotary equipment. The hoisting method comprises the following steps that the lifting end of a lifting machine moves downwards, and the bottom of an ejector rod abuts against the upper side of the side wall of a rotating body; one end of a steel wire rope is hung on one large hook through one adjusting assembly, and the other end of the steel wirerope bypasses the lower portion of the rotating body, then is located on the other side of the rotating body and is hung on the other large hook through the other adjusting assembly; an internal threaded cylinder is rotated to increase the depth of an adjusting screw inserted into a threaded hole; and S5, the lifting machine lifts the rotating body. The upper side of the rotating body is tightly abutted through the ejector rod, so that rigid contact is generated between the large rotating body and a cross beam, the shaking amplitude generated by inertia or unstable movement of the rotating body which is originally supported by a flexible piece in the moving process is reduced or even eliminated, stress borne by all connecting parts of a hoisting tool is reduced, material fatigue is avoided, the strength of the hoisting tool is guaranteed, and the service life of the large rotary equipment is prolonged.

    本发明公开了大型回转设备的起吊方法,包括如下步骤:起降机的起降端下移,顶杆的底部顶在旋转体侧壁的上侧;钢丝绳的一端通过一个调节组件挂设在一个大挂钩上,钢丝绳的另一端绕过旋转体的下部后位于旋转体的另一侧,并通过另一个调节组件挂设在另一个大挂钩上;转动内螺纹筒,以增加调节螺杆插入螺纹孔中的深度尺寸;S5、起降机将旋转体起吊。本发明通过顶杆将旋转体上侧顶紧,以使大型旋转体与横梁之间产生一个刚性接触,从而减小甚至消除原本仅由柔性件支撑的旋转体在移动中因惯性或者运动不平稳产生的晃动幅度,减小起吊工装各个连接部位所承受的应力,从而避免材料疲劳,以保证起吊工装的强度,从而提高本发明的使用寿命。
