The invention discloses an electric heating coating for preventing and removing ice on a wing, which comprises a plurality of sections of area heating layers which are sectionally arranged along the length direction of the leading edge of the wing, temperature sensors which are in one-to-one correspondence with the area heating layers and are used for detecting the surface temperature of the leading edge of the wing, and a controller which is in signal connection with the temperature sensors and the area heating layers, and when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower thanthe preset temperature, the controller controls the area heating layer corresponding to the temperature sensor to heat. A segmented independent heating mode is adopted, a part of area heating layers can heat the front edge of the wing, the problem that due to the fact that the heating area is too large, consumed power is too large is solved, and the problem that the power supply capacity of the unmanned aerial vehicle is limited, and active heating deicing cannot be achieved is solved. Besides, due to the fact that a sectional control mode is adopted, when a heating layer of a certain sectionof area breaks down, other sections of anti-icing and deicing coatings can still conduct anti-icing and deicing work, and the safety and reliability of deicing are improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于机翼防除冰的电加热涂层,包括若干段沿机翼前缘的长度方向分段设置的区域加热层、与区域加热层一一对应并用于检测机翼前缘的表面温度的温度传感器、以及信号连接于温度传感器与区域加热层的控制器,当温度传感器所检测的温度小于预设温度时,控制器控制对应温度传感器的区域加热层进行加热。采用分段独立加热的方式,可使部分区域加热层对机翼前缘进行加热,避免加热面积过大而导致消耗功率过大的问题,以解决无人机供电能力有限而无法主动加热除冰的难题。另外,由于采用分段控制模式,某段区域加热层故障时,其他段防除冰涂层依旧能进行防除冰工作,提高除冰的安全可靠性。
