A block elevator arrangement structure and arrangement method on large-scale bulk cargo ship top side cabin subsections comprises a fixing cavity and an elevator body, a sliding groove is formed in the inner wall of the fixing cavity, a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the inner wall of the bottom side of the sliding groove, inserting holes are formed in the two sides, close to the opening end, of the fixing cavity, and limiting rods are inserted into the inserting holes; balls are installed in the limiting holes, compression springs are fixed to the inner walls of the limiting holes,the top ends of the compression springs are attached to the outer walls of the balls, rotating holes are formed in the inner walls of the inserting holes, rotating balls are installed in the rotatingholes, insertion holes are formed in the outer walls of the limiting rods, and reset springs are fixed to the inner walls, away from the opening ends, of the rotating holes; and a plurality of welding blocks with zigzag structures are arranged at the bottom end of the side surface of the fixing cavity. Through cooperative use of all the devices, the design period can be shortened, materials are saved, installation is convenient and fast, installation can be conducted in advance, working hours are saved, the operation efficiency is improved, isolation between an elevator and a deck can be achieved, and repeated utilization of an elevator is achieved.

    本发明公开了大型散货船顶边舱分段上的总段吊马布置结构,包括固定腔和吊马本体,固定腔的内壁开设有滑槽,滑槽底侧的内壁开设有多个限位孔,固定腔靠近开口端的两侧均开设有插孔,插孔的内部插接有限位杆,限位孔的内部安装有滚珠,限位孔的内壁固定有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的顶端与滚珠的外壁贴合,插孔的内壁开设有转孔,转孔的内部安装有转珠,限位杆的外壁开设有插接孔,转孔远离开口端的内壁固定有复位弹簧,固定腔侧面的底端设置有多个锯齿形结构的焊接块。通过以上各装置的配合使用,能够缩短设计周期,节省材料、安装便捷,且可以提前安装,节省工时,提高作业效率,并且能够实现吊马与甲板之间的隔离,实现吊马的重复利用。
