The invention discloses an emergency bypass fault detection circuit and method, a rail transit vehicle and a control system. After receiving an emergency braking signal, the emergency bypass fault detection circuit and method output corresponding electromagnetic valve control through logic processing, so that a locomotive brake cylinder is switched on, and meanwhile, a train pipe performs emergency exhaust to realize emergency braking of the whole train. In order to enable the emergency braking effect to be safe and reliable, when a microcomputer control unit breaks down, an emergency bypass independent of the microcomputer control unit is designed and an automatic braking controller is operated to achieve train pipe mechanical air exhaust at the emergency braking position; and meanwhile ahard wire circuit is designed to control a relay to be powered on, an emergency bypass electromagnetic valve to be powered on, a braking cylinder to be switched on, and a neutral electromagnetic valve to be powered on, an air supplementing channel of the train pipe is cut off, and the whole train reaches the braking state. According to the method, when the automatic brake controller is arranged at the emergency braking position, the working state of the emergency bypass can be reliably detected in real time, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种紧急旁路故障检测电路、方法、轨道交通车辆及控制系统,在接收到紧急制动信号后经过逻辑处理输出相应电磁阀控制,使机车制动缸上闸,同时使列车管进行紧急排风实现整列车紧急制动。为了使紧急制动作用安全可靠,在微机控制单元故障时,设计独立于微机控制单元的紧急旁路,操作自动制动控制器在紧急制动位置能够实现列车管机械排风,同时设计硬线电路控制继电器得电,使紧急旁路电磁阀得电,制动缸上闸,并且中立电磁阀得电,切除列车管的补风通路,整列车达到制动状态。本发明的方法在自动制动控制器置于紧急制动位时,可以实时、可靠地检测紧急旁路工作状态,减少了安全隐患。
