The invention relates to a special vehicle, a guide arm adjusting device and an axle adjusting method. The guide arm adjusting device comprises a support, a shaft sleeve, an adjusting gasket and a bolt. A mounting hole is formed in the support; the shaft sleeve is arranged at the mounting hole, and a transverse adjusting hole and reference marks are arranged on the shaft sleeve; the adjusting gasket is arranged on the shaft sleeve and can slide up and down relative to the transverse adjusting hole; an oblique adjusting hole is formed in the adjusting gasket, and a preset inclination angle is formed between the oblique adjusting hole and the vertical direction; a plurality of measuring marks are arranged on the adjusting gasket at intervals, and the measuring marks are located on one side of the reference mark; the bolt is used for being hinged to one end of the guide arm and arranged on the oblique adjusting hole and the transverse adjusting hole in a penetrating mode. The reference marks on the shaft sleeve in the guide arm adjusting device match the measuring marks on the adjusting gasket, the adjusting gasket is moved, and the measuring marks and the reference marks at the sameposition are kept aligned, so that the adjusting frequency and the operating time are reduced, and the parallelism and the wheelbase of an axle are quickly adjusted.

    本发明涉及专用车、导向臂调节装置及车轴调节方法,其中导向臂调节装置包括支架、轴套、调节垫片及螺栓;支架上设有安装孔;轴套装设于安装孔处,轴套上设有横向调节孔和基准标记;调节垫片设于轴套上并可相对横向调节孔上下滑动;调节垫片上设有斜向调节孔,斜向调节孔与上下方向具有预设倾角;调节垫片上设有间隔的多个测量标记,测量标记位于基准标记的一侧;螺栓用于与导向臂的一端铰接,螺栓穿设于斜向调节孔和横向调节孔上。本发明利用导向臂调节装置中轴套上的基准标记与调节垫片上的测量标记进行配合,通过移动调节垫片并保持相同位置的测量标记与基准标记对齐,以减少调节次数及操作时间,实现车轴平行度及轴距的快速调节。
