The invention discloses an assembled full-wiredrawn aluminum alloy wheel hub and a machining process thereof. The wheel hub comprises a rim and a spoke, wherein the rim and the spoke are fixed together through a buckle and a bolt, and independent wiredrawing processes are adopted for the two parts. The machining process equipment comprises a fixed worktable, a rim conveying mechanism, a rim wiredrawing mechanism, a spoke wiredrawing mechanism and a spoke conveying mechanism, rims and spokes are intermittently conveyed to corresponding positions through the rim conveying mechanism and the spokeconveying mechanism correspondingly, and wire drawing is conducted through the rim wire drawing mechanism and the spoke wire drawing mechanism separately. After wiredrawing, the rim and the spoke areplaced on a transmission belt located between the rim wiredrawing mechanism and the spoke wiredrawing mechanism to wait for a next step.
