The invention discloses an automobile fuel cell system and an air humidity control method thereof. The automobile fuel cell system comprises a membrane humidifier assembly, a fuel cell stack assembly,a fuel cell main controller, an electronic three-way valve, a PTC heater and a membrane temperature sensor, wherein a first outlet of the electronic three-way valve is connected with an air inlet ofthe membrane humidifier assembly, a second outlet of the electronic three-way valve is connected with an air in-pile pipeline, the PTC heater and the membrane temperature sensor are installed on the membrane humidifier assembly, and the electronic three-way valve, the PTC heater and the membrane temperature sensor are electrically connected with the fuel cell main controller; when it is detected that the environment temperature is low and a shutdown purging or cooling machine starting instruction is received, a first outlet of the electronic three-way valve is controlled to be closed, a secondoutlet of the electronic three-way valve is controlled to be completely opened, air enters the fuel cell stack assembly through the second outlet of the electronic three-way valve and the air in-stack pipeline to be purged or cooled to start air supply, and PTC heating is conducted; and the air humidity control problem of the fuel cell system at low temperature is solved.
本发明公开了一种汽车燃料电池系统及其空气湿度控制方法,包括膜增湿器总成、燃料电池电堆总成、燃料电池主控制器、电子三通阀、PTC加热器和膜温度传感器,电子三通阀的第一个出口与膜增湿器总成的空气入口连接、第二个出口与空气入堆管路连接,PTC加热器和膜温度传感器安装在膜增湿器总成上,电子三通阀、PTC加热器、膜温度传感器与燃料电池主控制器电连接;在检测到环境温度较低,且收到关机吹扫或冷机启动指令时,控制电子三通阀的第一个出口关闭、第二个出口完全打开,空气通过电子三通阀的第二个出口、空气入堆管路进入燃料电池电堆总成进行吹扫或者冷机启动供气,并进行PTC加热,解决了低温下燃料电池系统的空气湿度控制难题。
