The invention provides a congestion loss calculation method based on traffic flow real-time detection data. The congestion loss calculation method comprises the steps of taking the actual speed limitof a road as the reference vehicle speed; calculating the time value of a vehicle, wherein the time value comprises the time values of a driver and passengers and the value of the vehicle; calculatingfuel waste and extra pollution cost by referring to a TTI method, wherein extra fuel = congestion loss time (h) * average speed (mph) during congestion, and the consumption amount (gallon) is equal to 8.8 + 0.25 * the average vehicle speed (mph) during congestion; calculating the emission amount according to 2.32 kg of CO2 generated by combustion of 1 liter of gasoline, and calculating the pollution discharge cost according to the international market price of 5-7 Europe yuan per ton of CO2 emission reduction amount of a CDM project and 60 yuan per ton of CO2. Based on the real-time detectiondata of the traffic flow, the loss of the traffic jam can be quantitatively analyzed.

    本发明提供一种基于交通流实时检测数据的拥堵损失计算方法,以道路的实际限速为基准车速;计算单车时间价值包括人驾驶员、乘客的时间价值和车辆本身的价值;参考TTI的方法计算燃油浪费及其额外的污染费用:额外燃油=拥堵损失时间(h)×拥堵时平均车速(mph);消耗量(gallon)=8.8+0.25×拥堵时的平均车速(mph);按1公升汽油燃烧产生2.32公斤CO2计算排放量,参考CDM项目CO2减排量每吨5~7欧元的国际市场价格,以60元/吨CO2来计算排污费用。本发明基于交通流实时检测数据,可定量分析交通拥堵的损失。
