The invention relates to a hydraulic control device for a vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension mechanism in the field of ultra-low-position plug-in semitrailers. The hydraulic control device is composedof an execution part and an attachment part, wherein a master control system is connected with a left valve set and a right valve set, the left valve set and the right valve set are connected with acomprehensive control system through electromagnetic valves and control valves, a left oil cylinder set and a left energy storage set are connected with the left valve set, a right oil cylinder set and a right energy storage set are connected with the right valve set, the left oil cylinder set and the right oil cylinder set are each provided with two oil cylinders, each oil cylinder barrel is connected with a frame, the electromagnetic valves are two-position two-way electromagnetic valves, the control valves are a damping valve, a throttle valve, a speed regulating valve or a proportional valve, after a whole vehicle descending control instruction is received, a master control system and the comprehensive control system control the left valve set and the right valve set to be disconnected, hydraulic oil in the left energy storage set and the right energy storage set is prevented from flowing out, a lifting oil way is controlled to be connected, and hydraulic oil in the left oil cylinder set and the right oil cylinder set is controlled to flow back to an oil tank. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in control precision and low inoperation failure rate.

    本发明是一种用于超低位插入式半挂车领域的车辆油气悬挂机构液压控制装置。由执行部件和配属部件组成,主控系统连接左阀门组和右阀门组,左、右阀门组通过电磁阀和控制阀连接综控系统,左油缸组和左蓄能组连接左阀门组,右油缸组和右蓄能组连接右阀门组,左油缸组和右油缸组分别设有两个油缸,各个油缸缸筒均与车架连接。电磁阀为两位两通电磁阀。控制阀为阻尼阀、节流阀、调速阀或比例阀。接收到整车下降控制指令后,主控系统和综控系统控制左阀门组和右阀门组断开,阻止左蓄能组和右蓄能组中的液压油流出,控制升降的油路导通,控制左油缸组和右油缸组中的液压油回流至油箱。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、控制精度较高和运行故障率低的优点。
