The invention discloses a portable lifting trolley. A shear type hydraulic lifting mechanism comprises an outer shear fork, an inner shear fork, a driving oil cylinder for driving the outer shear forkand the inner shear fork to be opened and closed, and a lock assembly for locking the outer shear fork and the inner shear fork. A walking driving mechanism is arranged in the inner shear fork. Whenthe outer shear fork and the inner shear fork are in a folded state, the walking driving mechanism is located at a walking driving position capable of making contact with the ground. When the outer shear fork and the inner shear fork are opened, the walking driving mechanism is in a suspended state. The walking driving mechanism does not need an independent base. In the folded state, the walking driving mechanism is stored in the shear type hydraulic lifting mechanism, the height of one layer is not occupied independently, the overall height is small in the folded state, the size is small, andthe lifting trolley is suitable for working at the position with small space height, particularly suitable for entering the bottom of a to-be-maintained automobile to lift the automobile and accordingly matched with automobile maintenance.
