The invention discloses a hoisting steel ladle beam with a fixed pulley capable of being quickly replaced, belongs to the technical field of metallurgical hoisting equipment, and is used for quickly maintaining the hoisting steel ladle beam. According to the technical scheme, two pulley box bodies are welded to the upper portions of the two ends of a steel ladle beam body, the length direction ofthe pulley box bodies is perpendicular to the length direction of the steel ladle beam body, two rectangular pulley block supporting frames are located in the two pulley box bodies respectively, the middles of the two pulley block supporting frames are rotationally connected with the two pulley box bodies through rotating shafts correspondingly, pin shafts are further arranged between the two pulley block supporting frames and the two pulley box bodies for fixed positioning, the upper ends and the lower ends of the two pulley block supporting frame are each provided with a fixed pulley, and ahoisting steel wire rope is sleeved and connected with the fixed pulleys below the two pulley block support frames. The hoisting steel ladle beam is simple in structure and convenient to use, the fixed pulleys can be replaced under the state that the drum steel wire rope is not pulled out, the time for replacing the fixed pulleys is shortened to be within two hours, and the maintenance time is greatly shortened.

    一种可以快速更换定滑轮的吊运钢水包包梁,属于冶金起重设备技术领域,用于对吊运钢水包包梁进行快速维修。其技术方案是:两个滑轮箱体分别焊接连接在包梁本体的两端上方,滑轮箱体的长度方向与包梁本体的长度方向垂直,两个长方形滑轮组支撑架分别位于两个滑轮箱体内,两个滑轮组支撑架的中间分别通过转轴与两个滑轮箱体为可转动连接,两个滑轮组支撑架与两个滑轮箱体之间还有销轴固定定位,两个滑轮组支撑架的上端和下端分别安装一个定滑轮,吊装钢丝绳分别与两个滑轮组支撑架下方的定滑轮套装连接。本发明结构简单、使用方便,可以在不抽出卷筒钢丝绳的状态下完成定滑轮的更换,使更换定滑轮时间缩短到两小时以内,大大减少了维修时间。
