The invention relates to a novel escalator through shaft main machine, and belongs to the technical field of escalator equipment. A motor is mounted on a speed reducer, an input shaft of the speed reducer and an output shaft of the motor are integrally formed to form a through shaft, a motor brake mechanism is arranged on the motor, and a speed reducer protection mechanism is mounted on the speedreducer. The input shaft of the speed reducer and the output shaft of the motor are integrally formed to form the through shaft, compared with a split type, connecting pieces, namely couplers, of themotor and the speed reducer are reduced, the height of a main machine is reduced, the position of the main machine in the escalator is conveniently set, and main machine vibration and noise caused byconnecting piece assembling are reduced; the motor brake mechanism is arranged, when the motor and brake electromagnet are powered on, the brake electromagnet pushes a pull rod to enable a brake arm to be separated from a brake wheel, and a motor rotor drives the through shaft to rotate, so that the speed reducer outputs torque; and when the motor and the brake electromagnet are powered off, brakespring pressure enables the brake electromagnet pull rod to retract, the brake arm presses the brake wheel, the motor stops running, and braking is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种新型扶梯通轴主机,属于扶梯设备技术领域,减速机上安装有电机,减速机的输入轴与电机输出轴一体成型形成通轴,电机上设置有电机制动机构,减速机上安装有减速机保护机构。本发明通过将减速机的输入轴与电机输出轴一体成型形成通轴,与分体式相比减少了电机和减速机连接件即联轴器,降低主机高度方便扶梯中主机位置设置,减少由于连接件装配问题引起的主机振动和噪声。本发明设置有电机制动机构当电机和制动电磁铁通电时,制动电磁铁推动拉杆使制动臂脱开制动轮,电机转子带动通轴转动从而减速机输出转矩。当电机和制动电磁铁断电时,制动弹簧压力使制动电磁铁拉杆收回,制动臂压紧制动轮,电机停止运转,实现制动。
