A floor self-learning method for robot elevator calling equipment comprises the following steps: a floor detection device is arranged on a preset reference floor in advance, wherein the floor detection device is used for detecting whether an elevator car reaches the reference floor or not; after the robot elevator calling equipment is powered on, a key of the reference floor is automatically pressed down; when detecting that the elevator car reaches the reference floor, the floor detection device sends a reference floor detection signal to the robot elevator calling equipment; and when receiving the reference floor detection signal, the robot elevator calling equipment compares a floor number calculated by the robot elevator calling equipment with the reference floor, and corrects the calculated floor number to the reference floor if the calculated floor number is inconsistent with the reference floor. According to the method, the reference floor can be automatically calibrated, and itis ensured that the robot elevator calling equipment obtains an accurate floor result in a running and working process.
