According to the unmanned aerial vehicle-based catkin cleaning device capable of preventing wings from being wound and stuck, the discharginggroove is formed, and the push plate can push catkin adsorbed on a first filter screen plate into a recycling frame conveniently and rapidly through the discharging groove in the rubber plate for subsequent recycling treatment; and meanwhile, in combination with the atomizing spray head on the flow guide pipe, secondary drifting of catkin can be effectively prevented.
