The invention discloses a wheel replacement and maintenance technological process method for a suspension type monorail train. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, performing preparation before vehicle wheel replacement operation: applying for vehicle wheel replacement and maintenance operation, and according to different power supply modes of the suspension type monorail train, adopting different power-off modes to carry out power-off and inserting a safety sign; S2, performing vehicle wheel changing operation: dismounting guide wheels, lifting a bogie and a vehicle body, dismounting a track beam or a movable track beam, dismounting wheel sets, and mounting new wheels; and S3, performing recovery and confirmation work after vehicle wheel changing work: performing vehicle power supply, information registration, safety sign removal and vehicle parking and waiting for sending. According to the invention, the characteristics of the rubber wheel set of the suspension type monorail train are combined, and the adaptive wheel replacement and maintenance technological process is provided and is different from subway vehicles and straddle type monorail trains;and the complete overhaul technological process is provided, the train overhaul requirement can be met, a foundation is provided for safe operation of a train, and the complete overhaul technologicalprocess can serve as an instructive overhaul technological scheme of wheel replacement overhaul workers.

    本发明公开了一种悬挂式单轨列车换轮修检修工艺流程方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1车辆换轮作业前准备:包含车辆换轮修作业申请,根据悬挂式单轨列车的供电制式的不同、采用不同的断电方式进行断电和插设安全号志;S2车辆换轮作业:包含拆除导向轮,抬升转向架及车体,拆除轨道梁或移动轨道梁,拆除轮对和换上新轮;S3车辆换轮作业后的恢复、确认工作:包括车辆供电,信息登记,安全号志撤除和存车待发。本发明结合悬挂式单轨列车橡胶轮对的特点,提出适应性的换轮修检修工艺流程,区别于地铁车辆及跨座式单轨列车;提出完整的检修工艺流程,能满足列车检修需求,给车辆的安全运行提供基础,并能作为换轮修工作人员的指导性检修工艺方案。
