The invention discloses a cast aluminum alloy control arm which comprises a connecting rod, vertical beams are symmetrically arranged between an upper beam plate and a lower beam plate, the section ofthe connecting rod composed of the upper beam plate, the lower beam plate and the vertical beams is in a double-H shape, a reinforcing beam is arranged between the upper beam plate and the lower beamplate, and holes and conduction hole sets are formed in the vertical beams. A plurality of holes are formed in the upper beam plate and the lower beam plate at equal intervals, shallow grooves are formed in the upper beam plate and the lower beam plate, reinforcing vertical strips are arranged in the shallow grooves, and reinforcing transverse strips are arranged above the reinforcing vertical strips in the middles of the shallow grooves; the cross section of the connecting rod is arranged to be in a double-I shape, the cross section area of the connecting rod is effectively reduced, the structural strength and stability of the connecting rod can be effectively guaranteed, the structural weight of the control arm can be reduced through the shallow grooves and the holes formed in the vertical beams, and the lightweight design of the control arm is achieved; the connecting rod is formed by utilizing an aluminum alloy material and adopting a liquid forging mode, and the structure of theconnecting rod has the characteristics of densification and homogenization.

    本发明公开了铸造铝合金控制臂,包括连接杆,所述上梁板和下梁板之间对称设有立梁,所述上梁板、下梁板和立梁组成的连接杆的截面为双“工”字型,所述上梁板和下梁板之间设有加强梁,所述立梁上设有孔洞和传导孔组,且孔洞等距设有多个,所述上梁板和下梁板上均设有浅槽,所述浅槽内设有强化竖条,所述浅槽中间处强化竖条的上方设有强化横条;通过将连接杆的截面设置为双“工”字型,有效减少连接杆的截面面积,连接杆的结构强度和稳定性能够得到有效保证,设置浅槽以及在立梁上设置孔洞,可以降低控制臂的结构重量,实现控制臂的轻量化设计,利用铝合金材料并采用液态模锻的方式来成型连接杆,连接杆的结构具有致密化和均匀化的特点。
