The invention discloses glass for a new energy automobile and a preparation method of the glass. The glass sequentially comprises a base layer, an adhesive layer and a wear-resistant layer from insideto outside, wherein the wear-resistant layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of modified fluorocarbon resin, 1-3 parts of ethyl acetate, 2-5 parts of calciumchloride, 0.2-0.8 part of a silane coupling agent, 5-15 parts of iron oxyhydroxide, 4-8 parts of polyoxyethylene, 5-10 parts of nano zinc sulfide, 2-5 parts of amino alcohol, 8-12 parts of chlorinated rubber, 5-8 parts of xylene, 1-5 parts of paraffin oil, 0.5-1 part of a hyperdispersant and 20-30 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing the modified fluorocarbon resin, ethyl acetate, calcium chloride, the silane coupling agent, iron oxyhydroxide, polyoxyethylene, nano zinc sulfide, amino alcohol, chlorinated rubber, xylene, paraffin oil, the hyperdispersant and absolute ethyl alcohol; and adhering the base layer and the wear-resistant layer into a whole through a light-transmitting adhesive. The glass is good in light transmittance and high inwear resistance, and the preparation method is simple.

    一种新能源汽车用玻璃及其制备方法,该玻璃由内而外依次包括基层、胶层和耐磨层,所述耐磨层由以下按重量份的组分制成,改性氟碳树脂20‑30份、乙酸乙酯1‑3份、氯化钙2‑5份、硅烷偶联剂0.2‑0.8份、羟基氧化铁5‑15份、聚氧化乙烯4‑8份、纳米硫化锌5‑10份、氨基醇2‑5份、氯化橡胶8‑12份、二甲苯5‑8份、石蜡油1‑5份、超分散剂0.5‑1份、无水乙醇20‑30份。将改性氟碳树脂、乙酸乙酯、氯化钙、硅烷偶联剂、羟基氧化铁、聚氧化乙烯、纳米硫化锌、氨基醇、氯化橡胶、二甲苯、石蜡油、超分散剂、无水乙醇;将基层与耐磨层通过透光胶粘黏成一体即可。本发明玻璃透光好,耐磨性高,且制备方法简单。
