The invention discloses a sling safety constraint device for a large municipal pipeline. The sling safety constraint device comprises a main box body; a machining cavity with a rightward opening and adownward opening is arranged in the main box body; two triangular connecting blocks which are symmetrical front and back are fixedly connected to the front end wall and the rear end wall of the machining cavity; a belt collecting cavity is arranged at the front side of the machining cavity in a communicating mode; a tensioning cavity which is through front and back and corresponds to the belt collecting cavity is arranged in the triangular connecting block on the front side; a reversing contact block is fixedly connected into the lower end wall of the tensioning cavity; a centrifugal wheel cavity is arranged at the upper side of the tensioning cavity in a communicating mode; a torsional spring cavity is arranged at the left side of the centrifugal wheel cavity; a clutch driven bevel gearshaft drives a lifting sliding block to slide, so that cement is lifted; and the restraint of a follow-up drawstring is facilitated, the work intensity of workers is reduced, a friction block drives the drawstring to move forwards, finally, automatic tensioning of the drawstring is achieved, manual work is replaced, the accuracy of drawstring constraint is improved, and potential safety hazards are eradicated.
