The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, in particular to a pipe joint hoisting device and a hoisting method. The pipe joint hoisting device comprises a connecting pipe, a plurality of hoisting plates, a first connecting hole, a second connecting hole, a first hoisting rope assembly and a second hoisting rope assembly, wherein a plurality of inserting holes perpendicular to the axis of the connecting pipe are formed in the connecting pipe, and the inserting holes are formed at intervals in the axial direction of the connecting pipe; the hoisting plates are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the inserting holes, the hoisting plates are fixedly inserted into the inserting holes, and the two ends of the hoisting plates extend out relative to the connecting pipe; the first connecting hole is formed in the upper ends of the hoisting plates, and the second connecting hole is formed in the lower ends of the hoisting plates; one end of the first hoisting rope assemblyis connected with the first connecting hole, and the other end of the first hoisting rope assembly is connected with a hoisting machine; and the second hoisting rope assembly is connected with the second connecting hole, and the second hoisting rope assembly is arranged on a pipe joint in a pocket mode. According to the pipe joint hoisting device and the hoisting method, the difficulty of hoistingthe pipe joint can be reduced, and the assembling efficiency of a whole single pile is improved.

    本发明涉及吊装技术领域,尤其涉及一种管节吊装装置及吊装方法,管节吊装装置包括连接管,所述连接管上开设有多个与其轴线相垂直的插孔,所述插孔沿所述连接管的轴向间隔设置;多块吊装板,与所述插孔一一对应设置,所述吊装板固定插设在所述插孔中,且所述吊装板的两端相对所述连接管伸出;第一连接孔和第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔开设在所述吊装板的上端,所述第二连接孔开设在所述吊装板的下端;第一起吊绳组件,一端与所述第一连接孔连接,另一端与起吊机连接;第二起吊绳组件,与所述第二连接孔连接,所述第二起吊绳组件兜设在管节上。本发明能够降低吊装管节的难度,提高整根单桩的组装效率。
