The invention discloses a ship environment acquisition and sending terminal, which is characterized in that terminal equipment vibrates in multiple directions along with the navigation of a ship whenbeing mounted on the ship, and slides in a placement groove of a mounting shell together with a cushioning plate in the vertical direction at the same time; the connecting base plate is driven to slide in the length direction of the transverse horizontal sliding rail in the transverse direction of the horizontal plane, and the mounting shell is driven to slide in the length direction of the vertical horizontal sliding rail in the vertical direction of the horizontal plane. In this way, the terminal equipment is elastically supported by the horizontal plane in the transverse direction and the vertical direction and perpendicular to the horizontal plane in the irregular vibration process, so that vibration borne by the terminal equipment is reduced, and completeness of internal parts of theterminal equipment is guaranteed.
